Varspec empowers businesses and candidates with tools for job applications, talent referrals, and more, all within one user-friendly system.

Job Duties

The Contractor agrees to provide IT recruiting services, including but not limited to:

Actively sourcing candidates and clients.
Working a minimum of 3 hours per day and a maximum of 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Working at least 4 hours within the EST time zone between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Meeting the following performance metrics:
Securing at least one client and one candidate per week for the first two months.
Doubling this target every month for the following four months.
Making a minimum of five phone calls to clients per day.
Sending a minimum of 20 emails (direct or marketing) to clients per day.
Making a minimum of 20 emails or phone calls to candidates per day.

Pay Details

Pay amounts are based on the contract of the placement. Recruiters are paid 25% of the placement fee paid by the company.
If the salary of the placement is $100,000 USD. The placement fee could be 20%. That equals $20,000 USD.
Recruiters will get 25% of $20,000, which is $5,000 USD.
